The venerable Trio Pasquier of Paris will make a rare appearance in the U.S. for Capital City Concerts season opener. Violinist Régis Pasquier and cellist Roland Pidoux (both members of Paris Piano Trio) are joined by violist Bruno Pasquier. This string trio formed upon their graduation from the Paris Conservatory and share a career that puts them at the forefront of chamber music ensembles worldwide. Each member also has an exceptional international solo career. The Trio tours around the world and regularly performs at major international festivals. Their dazzling program includes works by fellow Frenchmen Roussel, and Francaix, and features the monumental Divertimento of Mozart.
